The second design for Mothers' Day ornamental greetings telegrams was released in April 1937 and it was issued again during the month before Mothers' Day in 1937. It featured a bowl of flowers in the top left corner.
The number of Mothers' Day forms issued rose from 37,000 in 1937 to 47,833 in 1938.
